1. About Finding a Room :
어떤 집을 찾으세요? What type of house are you looking for?
원룸을 찾고 있어요 I am looking for a studio apartment.
투룸을 찾고 있어요 I am looking for a two-bedroom apartment.
복층 방을 찾고 있어요. I am looking for a duplex/loft.
2. Property Information Inquiry :
이사는 언제 가능하세요? When can you move in?
바로 입주 가능해요. 빠를수록 좋아요. Immediate move-in is possible. The sooner, the better.
어느정도 가격대로 찾으세요? What budget range are you considering?
어느 지역으로 찾으시나요? which area are you looking for?
방이 몇층에 있나요? which floor is the room located?
층수에 대한 요구사항이 있으세요? Do you have specific requirements for the number of floors?
반지하도 가능하신가요? Is a basement also acceptable for you?
방 구조가 어떻게 되나요? How is the layout of the room?
방2개, 거실1개 투룸입니다. It is a two-bedroom, one living room 🙂
방 안에 독립된 화장실이 있어요. The room has an independent bathroom
역/버스정류장에서 가깝나요? Is it close to the subway/bus stop?
주변에 편의시설이 있나요? Are there convenient facilities nearby?
옵션은 어떤게 있나요? What Equipped are available in the room?
주차 가능한가요? Is parking available?
채광이 좋은 방을 찾고 싶어요. I want a room with good natural light.
방음이 잘 되는 방을 찾고 싶어요. I am looking for a room with good Soundproof
고양이/강아지를 키울 수 있나요? Can I have pets, like cats or dogs?
3. Cost & Contract :
지금 집 보러 가도 되나요? Can I visit the room now?
월세/보증금은 얼마정도 되나요? How much is the monthly rent and deposit?
월세가 조금 비싼것 같아서요 혹시 할인이 좀 가능할까요? Monthly rent seems a bit high; is there a possibility of a discount?
관리비 있나요? Are there management fees?
전기, 가스, 수도, 인터넷 비용은 어떻게 되나요? How are the costs for electricity, gas, water, and internet paid?
다른 집을 좀 더 보고 싶어요 I would like to see more options
계약금은 얼마예요? 수수료는요? How much is the deposit, and what about the commission fee?
첫 달 월세와 보증금을 함께 지불해야 하나요? Do I need to pay the first month’s rent and deposit together?
1년 계약하고 싶어요. I want to sign a one-year contract.
이 집으로 계약할게요. I would like to contract for this room.
4. About Malfunctions :
수도꼭지에서 물이 안나와요 There is no water from the faucet
전등이 고장났어요. The light is broken
에어컨에서 시원한 바람이 나오지 않아요 The air conditioner is not producing cool air.
난방이 작동하지 않아요. The heating is not working.
변기의 물이 잘 내려가지 않아요. The toilet is not flushing well.
하수구에서 이상한 냄새가 나요. There is a strange smell from the drain.
